    All USA & CA orders are automatically eligible for free standard shipping. All other orders are subject to shipping charges. Expedited shipping costs are typically very low and are calculated by three main factors:


    • The total weight of your order.

    • Where your order is being sent to.

    • How quickly you want to receive your order (i.e. standard or expedited).


    To find out exactly how much expedited shipping might cost you, add a product to your cart and start the checkout process. Enter your shipping address and a rate will be calculated for you. You can then decide if you want to continue checking out.



    Domestic Shipping Policy
    Shipment processing time all orders are aimed to be processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, there may be significant delays in the shipment of your order.

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if you have eligible tracking. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    Cityshirtco@gmail.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


    Damages
    City Shirt.Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
