Well, if you asked us that question, we’d give you three words: Quality + Local + Style. Here’s a little bit about us… and what unites our City Shirt Co community and products:
WE LOVE OUR CITIES. We absolutely love our cities. They’re not tourist destinations; they’re home. We love any and every opportunity to share our love for our city with others. We love the feeling of wearing something that shows off a place we’re proud of. We love the authenticity of something local. That feeling of putting on something that makes us feel at home.
We live by the phrase: “Live. Love. Local.” When we're in cities, we try to avoid the tourist traps and chain stores. Our favorite places are the ones off the beaten path, filled with residents from the surrounding community. The ones that are one-of-a-kind, birthed within the city and for the city. While we are passionate about large urban communities, “Local” is one of our core values as a company. When we decided to start City Shirt Co, we made a commitment that we would always “Live. Love. Local.” It's who we are, what we offer, and what we do. We are city dwellers with a passion for our home!

Not yet! As of right now, we are exclusively an online store. With that said, we are actively pursuing broader representation in local stores in our embraced cities.

We're so sorry to hear that! Send us pictures to verify the problem and notify us as soon as possible at info@cityshirt.co. We will send you a new shirt(s) with expedited shipping (at no cost to you)!
If you see a "delivery exception" on your tracking code or if you think your order has not arrived, don't stress! Your local post office may be behind on shipments. Allow 1 to 3 days to pass beyond the expected delivery date. If your order still has not shown up at your door, contact your local post office. They should be able to trace your order. If neither of those options work, contact us via Facebook messenger or email info@cityshirt.co and we will find out what happened and correct the situation for you.
