It's thetime of year again. Nashville is getting ready for the Holidays, and we're all trying to figure out the best things to do in Music City.
Nashville is a city that's full of music and country. If you've ever been to Nashville during the holidays, you know that the city is full of things to do.
With so many destinations to explore, it might be challenging to focus on your action plan.
That's where we come in! Here are five of our favorite things to do in Nashville this holiday season:
One of Nashville's most popular holiday celebrations is the Drive-Thru Dancing Lights of Christmas. On the roadway, the lights dance to music played by a DJ.
Starting November 11 to January 1, you can enjoy the Nashville Drive-Thru Christmas Light Show with your home in the music city | Nashville t-shirt in Music the City!
The Drive-Thru Dancing Lights of Christmas will feature more than 25,000 lights synchronised to music playing in your car with a unique FM radio channel. You'll be able to see them from anywhere around town, so make sure you bring your family along!
The best viewing spots are either on the interstate or in the parking lot across from the drive-thru window. If you're coming from far away, make a detour before you get there so that you can see the lights up close!
The Ryman Auditorium is one of Nashville's most famous landmarks and another of our favorite places to visit during the holidays. The auditorium hosts some fantastic music performances, but it also hosts many events throughout the year, including public lectures and lectures for children.
During the holidays, you can take a guided tour through its halls, where you'll learn about its history and enjoy live performances by musicians.
First Horizon Park is one of Nashville's most popular attractions and is located just outside downtown Nashville on Music Valley Parkway.
The park has impressive holiday light displays throughout the grounds that will astonish visitors, including an entire hamlet with hundreds of lights.
Santa Claus is atop a train car decked out in colorful holiday costumes and decorations!
There's also plenty of space for kids to play games or participate in activities like walking through an obstacle course or climbing on Santa Claus' sleigh alongside other costumed characters such as elves or reindeer!
Nashville Zoolumination is a nighttime event featuring bright scenery made of over 1,000 custom-made silk lanterns. You can enjoy watching these extraordinary events, especially the children.
From November 25 to December 24, a festive North Pole Village will be full of holiday lights and merriment, where Santa will visit nightly.
The Franktown Festival of Lights is another fun event in Nashville that you want to attend.
The Festival is a seasonal event held every year from November 18 to December 31 at Franktown Park in downtown Nashville.
The Festival features more than 200 lights displays that you can enjoy and synchronize to music that will also play in your car. The show is open every night from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
